Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse/Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent nursing services, including administration of interventions and treatments.
  • Lead the healthcare team and facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge.
  • Maintain and provide proof of active registration with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba or the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing program or approved Registered Nursing program.
  • Recent, related mental health experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses/Registered Nurses of Manitoba Standards of Practice for Registered Psychiatric/Registered Nurses.
  • Ability to prioritize care for an individual patient or group of patients.
