Job Summary


We're seeking an experienced Strategic Credit Risk Oversight Director to join our team. In this critical role, you'll provide strategic guidance on credit risk management practices, regulatory requirements, and legal documentation.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement effective credit risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive information management systems and analytics reports.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert counsel on strategic initiatives.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in credit risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A post-secondary degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.

Salary Range


The estimated annual salary for this role is $103,500 - $192,500, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
