We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The South Shore Fish Shack & Half Shell Oyster Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, as well as managing our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities- Plan and prepare menus, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of all menu items, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
