Bell Roofing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office team, including record-keeping, data entry, and correspondence.
- Office Procedures: Develop and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient office operations.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development strategies for our team.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
