Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at SekCheck Fingerprinting Services Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
- Send and receive messages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits
- Provide general information to clients and the public
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- File material in storage area
- Organize and schedule office work
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
