At Frontline Immigration Services, we are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will be required to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, be organized, and have a client-focused approach. This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
