We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Techtronic Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through strategic sales and merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize sell-through of TTI products by effectively merchandising point of purchase materials and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Support and implement corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and support overall business objectives and initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with key decision makers to ensure optimal product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and retail partners.
  • Monitor weekly sales and analyze results to identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Participate in the Leadership Development Program and implement acquired skills to deliver results.
  • Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions, events, and demonstrations to educate store associates and customers.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked with TTI products and displayed accordingly.
