We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at The Institute for Performance and Learning. This role will play a critical part in supporting the growth and development of our organization by providing expert guidance on human resources best practices, principles, and relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver people solutions in support of business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Support and guide a full scope of HR and organization development functions and initiatives such as recruitment, learning & development, onboarding, talent movement, performance development, and workforce planning.
  • Advise, guide, and coach managers/clients to support resolutions to complex issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline and three years of general human resources experience in a complex, unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources best practices, principles, and relevant legislation and regulations.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $84,151 - $108,871 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
