Principal Design Engineer Analog Signal

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Design Engineer Analog Signal to join our team at Tech Brains Solutions, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and validating high-speed broadband ICs that serve various applications, including data center and telecom markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and validation of FET and BiCMOS circuits for high-speed broadband ICs.
- Development of multi-tens of GHz Transimpedance amplifiers TIAs.
- Design of transmission line structures and other millimeter wave structures to enable higher performance.
- Design of hi-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers.
- Design of various other analog circuits, including linear regulators, AGC loop, current/voltage sensors, bandgaps, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher in the areas of design of high-performance RF/Analog Receiver/TIA design.
- 15+ years of experience in IC design, including chip tape-out and lab evaluation of receiver design.
- Proven experience in using EDA CAD tools, performing Analog Custom Layout, and measuring IC performance and debug of design.
- Deep understanding of fundamentals, including detailed transistor level design, device physics, control/feedback loop stability analysis, and direct project experience in at least one of the following areas: AGC loop design, high precision analog circuits, CTLE design, and package-system integration issues.
