The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our network environment, including technical architecture and design activities aimed at reducing costs and enhancing services through improved processes within business and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and influence architecture and strategy to align with business objectives and growth
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement project requirements, deliverables, and managed services
  • Provide technical explanations to clients regarding services or projects
  • Travel to client locations as necessary
  • Ensure support and maintenance are in place to optimize the network
  • Compile statistics and reports on network performance and utilization
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, design engineering, and resolve Datacenter(s) equipment and services issues
  • Identify, document, and report issues to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and implement network changes as needed
  • Install and configure technical components and supporting software
  • Maintain network devices, including physical swapping of devices, cards, and cables
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and business potential or impact
  • Evaluate and influence selection of vendors and products
  • Participate in Architectural Review Process

Requirements:

  • Five years' experience in network management
  • Network Access Technologies: In-depth understanding of network access technologies, including Wi-Fi access, Switched Ethernet, and ISP network equipment
  • Excellent French and English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently
  • Methodological skills, strong problem-solving abilities
  • Juniper certification or CCNP
  • Proactive attitude, ability to innovate, and think out of the box
  • Continuous self-learning and development
