The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day execution of the product vision.

This role requires strong execution skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication across various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Project Plan Creation and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, and timelines;
- Project Schedule Management: Monitor and adjust project schedules to ensure timely delivery;
- Scope Management: Define project scope and manage any changes or deviations.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between different teams involved in project execution;
- Risks and Issues Management: Identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies;
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources;
- Regular Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders;
- Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient resources allocation to meet project requirements;
- Input to Sprint Backlog Priorities: Collaborate with development teams to prioritize tasks for sprint backlogs;
- Evolution of Internal Processes: Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Approval of Timesheet Tasks: Review and approve timesheet tasks in alignment with project requirements;
- ECO (Engineering Change Order) Approval: Evaluate and approve engineering change orders as needed.

BUDGET OWNERSHIP:

- Project Budget Ownership: Take ownership of project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints;
- Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and manage costs effectively.

PRODUCT FUNDING / RESEARCH AND INNOVATION:

- Identify opportunities for securing product funding;
- Develop project proposals and manage funding reporting as required.

OWNERSHIP:

- Take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.

SUCCESS METRICS:

- Milestone Adherence: Ensure projects meet key milestones within specified timelines;
- Budget Adherence: Manage project budgets to avoid overspending;
- Scope Adherence: Ensure projects stay within defined scope parameters;
- Quality of Project Outcomes: Deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science or Physics plus 10 years of senior leadership and program manager experience;
- Experience in medical / surgical engineering;
- Minimum of 7 years prior experience in program and/or project management;
- Strong planning, estimating and forecasting skills;
- Strategic, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with the executive team;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Experience with SCRUM methodology;
- Highly organized, methodical and autonomous;
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Mastery of MS Project or equivalent;
- Advanced skills in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, BI tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in French and English;
- Adapt quickly and easily to changes within the organization.

ASSETS
- Membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);
- Certification PMP ou équivalent;
- Certifié Scrum Master (CSM)/Professional Scrum Master (PSM);
- Connaissance des principes et méthodologies de gestion de la qualité et des normes applicables à la robotique industrielle (UL1740, ISO 10218, TS 15066) et à la robotique médicale (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, IEC 62304).
