Marketing Director Opportunity

Boreal Education is seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in 2024 and beyond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to raise awareness, increase brand profile, and drive student enrollment across our portfolio of programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the creation and implementation of marketing automation strategies and data-driven decision-making frameworks
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage a significant direct marketing budget and track campaign performance metrics
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with key external partners and vendors
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably in the higher education industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies with significant budgets
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
