Responsibilities
  • Assist Dentists: Provide chairside support during procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
  • Sterilization and Maintenance: Ensure the proper sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
  • Treatment Room Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • X-ray Processing: Take and process dental X-rays as needed.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a Dental Assistant program.
  • Licensure: Registered Dental Assistant License in good standing with the dental assistant's college.
