The Senior Aerospace Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of aerospace structures. About the Role
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of aerospace structures
  • Evaluate technical designs and engineering work to ensure quality and safety standards

  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
