We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Regent St. Fredericton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a client-focused approach to customer service.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
