About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Operate computerized inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and re-order merchandise as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support sales and inventory management.
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Conduct sales transactions through our e-commerce platform and provide support to customers with online purchases.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
  • Prepare merchandise for sale, rental, or lease, ensuring it is properly displayed and priced.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a retail business environment.

The work language is English.
