We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and fellow team members. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales, handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations, stocking shelves, and performing visual merchandising tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
