About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Cultus Lake Esso. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to lift up to 25 kg.
