About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Officer to lead our team in providing transportation, equipment, and supplies for the Canadian Armed Forces.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement and supply chain management
- Warehouse management and material control
- Distribution and disposal of military assets
- Coordination of food services, postal services, human resources, and financial services
Skillset:
As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for leading a team and working out of a Command Post. You will also complete specialty logistics training and environmental affiliation training.
Employment Opportunities:
You will have opportunities to work in various environments, including the Army, Navy, and Air Force. This is a multifaceted career that involves Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, or Food Services.
Benefits:
As a member of the Canadian Army Reserve, you will receive full-time summer employment, starting May 1st until August 31st. You will also participate in part-time service one night a week and one weekend per month from September to April. Upon completion of your training, you will be required to attend specialized courses in logistics and leadership.
Payout: Salary range estimate $80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
