Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Laureola Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, allocating resources, and establishing organizational objectives.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
