Job Title: Executive Director - Strategic Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director - Strategic Operations to join our team at TEK BUDDY SYSTEMS LTD.

About the Role

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

Job Description

The Executive Director - Strategic Operations will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, establishing objectives for the organization, and formulating or approving policies and programs.

Additionally, this role will involve representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating and approving promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, flexible, and possess efficient interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
