Director, Commercial Capabilities

Gay Lea Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Commercial Capabilities to lead the Commercial Capabilities team and drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and integrated business planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an annual insights-led Go To Market strategy and selling materials to execute against the overall corporate strategy.
- Evaluate current market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify untapped opportunities and potential threats.
- Lead the portfolio management review, a critical pillar of the organization's Integrated Business Planning process.
- Oversee the development of strategic partnerships and relationships with external market research organizations to enhance business capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization to gain alignment with strategic commercial initiatives.
- Strong project management, creative problem-solving, conceptual thinking, identifying future trends, and process improvement.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to inspire and influence others through storytelling and executive presence.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as working knowledge of syndicated data systems.
- Experience working in a matrix organization structure is an asset.
