Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients and families
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
- An undergraduate degree in nursing or a related field
- A certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital setting and possess skills in areas such as women and children's health, pediatrics, and obstetrics.
