Overview

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cornwall, Ontario. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our long-term care home.

Responsibilities

  • Assess residents' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional care standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Registration or eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
  • Previous managerial experience in long-term care an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
