We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Strategist to join our team at Lumon Suomi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global HR strategy, aligning with our business goals and supporting our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global HR strategy that supports our business objectives and drives growth.
  • Lead the international HR team and provide strategic guidance on HR operations, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive transformation and innovation in HR, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Design and implement initiatives that promote health and safety, HRIS, talent acquisition, continuous learning and development, and efficient business supporting HR operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and implement innovative solutions to drive business results.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in strategic HR at the corporate level within an international company and company of growth.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in working in a multicultural environment, with strong language skills in Finnish and English; Spanish language skills and knowledge of the culture are a plus.
  • A forward-thinking approach with a desire to bring new perspectives and drive continuous improvement in all areas of HR.
  • A genuine interest in people and a commitment to building a positive and supportive workplace.
  • Availability for regular travel to our international locations.
