About the Role

As a Management Consultant at Synpulse, you will be responsible for preparing client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely completion. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, business processes, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines, under the guidance of a Career Advisor
  • Run workshops with key stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively
  • Mentor and guide a diverse team of talented consultants, fostering their growth and enabling them to reach their highest potential
  • Develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions
  • Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and building rapport through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and value-added service delivery, and uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact
  • Contribute to business development efforts and networking activities to identify new opportunities and expand our presence in the banking market
  • Contribute to the firm's growth initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, digital innovations, and best practices in the banking industry, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Management Consultant to join our team. You will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, and 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, or banking, with a focus on strategy, operations, risk management, or other core business products and processes. You will have a strong understanding of banking products, processes, and operations across wealth management, retail banking, corporate banking, or investment banking.
