  • Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Cut and Trim Meats: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat for our wholesale customers.
  • Remove Bones and Grind Meats: Remove bones from meat and grind meats to meet customer specifications.
  • Weigh and Package Meats: Weigh meats for sale and package them for distribution.
  • Prepare Displays: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to showcase our offerings.
  • Shape and Lace Meats: Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood to meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
