Key Responsibilities:

  • Preheat ovens to precise temperatures and times indicated on the weekly Production Schedule for each product.
  • Ensure proper staging of dough to maintain product quality.
  • Monitor and report any machine malfunctions to the Supervisor or Maintenance team promptly.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks in accordance with company policy.
  • Adjust oven temperature and timing as needed to achieve optimal baking results.
  • Record and report all instances of downtime and product issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by disposing of waste in accordance with our recycling procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to production associates and dumpers regarding break schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in advanced baking techniques.
  • Able to work effectively in hot and cold environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring ingredients.
