About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Performance Manager to join our Commercial and Category Insights team at OSL Retail Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and shaping the future of our client, The Water Street Collective.

As a Planning and Performance Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market opportunities and category performances, leading the monthly Sales and Operations Planning and Demand Forecast cycle, and developing and maintaining necessary tools for the job. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, global and local, in tactical and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market opportunities and category performances to inform business decisions
  • Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning and Demand Forecast cycle to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain necessary tools for the job to enable faster and more accurate decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, global and local, in tactical and strategic projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
  • 3+ years' experience in Analysis and/or Demand Planning in FMCG
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities to handle complex problems
  • Proactivity and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Proficiency in Excel, Data Analysis tools, Power Point and familiarity with BI tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
