Job Title: Assistant to the Property Manager

Le Cogir Immobilier seeks an experienced Assistant to the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-level multi-rental property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive management plan for the property in collaboration with the building manager
  • Ensure optimal management of the building, including rent collection, maintenance, and customer service
  • Develop and execute an action plan to maximize rental performance and occupancy rates
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team providing services to the building, including maintenance, customer service, and administrative tasks
  • Provide quality maintenance for customers and the property's spaces and systems
  • Manage rent collection and deposits, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Work with regional teams to carry out capital works and register files with the Régie du Logement
  • Plan tenant arrivals and departures, ensuring the security of the building and its occupants
  • Manage the preparation of accommodations for rent with the maintenance team
  • Coordinate with the general director on specific action plans and initiatives
  • Manage moves and coordinate business development and marketing strategies
  • Follow up with prospects and complete rental documents
  • Receive potential customers and negotiate rental contracts
  • Respond to current customers on pricing and rental contract clauses
  • Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Participate in other related tasks required by the immediate superior
Requirements:
  • High availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Good knowledge of the residential rental market and industry trends
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
