Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Sales Professional to join our team at Coast Capital. As a Mobile Mortgage Business Developer, you will be responsible for sourcing residential mortgage business, building strong member relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business plan to maximize residential mortgage business and enhance the member experience
  • Write new mortgages and conduct prudent due diligence in the underwriting and documentation processes
  • Seek out new mortgage leads and members by networking in the community and developing relationships with realtors, developers, builders, and previous mortgage members
  • Enhance the experience of existing members by helping them with the home buying process, their mortgage, and their other financial needs
  • Anchoring members to the appropriate delivery channel at Coast Capital for closing and cross sales
  • Generating referrals to our other internal business units

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated with demonstrated sales and lending skills and underwriting experience from 3 – 4 years of related experience
  • Strong sense of entrepreneurship as you want to build your own business in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Well-established network of realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
  • Well-developed value proposition that sets you apart from other mortgage specialists
  • Flexible to work around your member's schedules, whether it be evenings, weekends, or during regular business hours
