Exciting Opportunities in Downtown Vancouver

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal to join our talent pool and explore new employment opportunities in Downtown Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and internal departments.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for lawyers.
  • Assist in preparing and filing legal documents.
  • Prepare for meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Manage invoicing and expense reports related to legal services.
  • Maintain database systems for case management.
  • Perform data entry and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role, legal assistant, or paralegal position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
