Project Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Sales Coordinator to join our team at RONA. As a Project Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping our customers bring their dream projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales Plans: Develop sales plans to reach annual sales and margin objectives.
  • Generate Sales: Actively generate sales through qualifying potential customers, repeat customers, and referrals.
  • Project Consultations: Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on occasion in-home.
  • Design Layouts: Produce design layouts with plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, proposing products available in store or through special orders.
  • Customer Quotes: Provide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposal, including promoting financing plans offered by RONA.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise as necessary with customers and contractors at all phases of the project's realization to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Problem solve and advocate fairly for the customer, the contractors, and RONA.
  • Other Tasks: Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience: 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management.
  • Sales Performance: Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer.
  • Design Passion: Passion for design and home improvement.
  • Computer Skills: Superior computer skills in recognized specialized design software (2020) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Product Expertise: Superior product expertise.
  • Project Management: Advanced project management knowledge.
