Office Coordinator

G Square Builders Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will be organized, able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering telephone and electronic enquiries
- Compiling data, statistics and other information
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas
- Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents
The work environment will be fast-paced, and the successful candidate will be required to work under pressure with tight deadlines. They will be a team player with a client-focused approach and a strong sense of reliability.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role
