Office Coordinator

At Pro-Formance Intermodel Inc, we are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.

- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Advise senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Perform data entry
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
