Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including motorcycles and ATV's, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is professional, friendly, and tailored to their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
