Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory therapy services to our clients in their homes and in our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients' homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.
  • Deliver and exchange equipment in clients' homes, which may involve heavy lifting of equipment up to 60lbs.
  • Conduct in-home client visits, which may involve long-distance travel.
  • Provide in-office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients.
  • Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training with community partners.
  • Promote Medigas products and services to referral sources.
  • Build and maintain high-quality client and referral relationships.
  • Perform all job duties in compliance with safety standards.
  • Support the training and development of new employees as needed.
  • Participate in a regular on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist or a Registered Nurse with current registration or RPN.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience preferred.
  • Homecare and sales experience an asset.
