Senior Salesforce Developer Role Overview

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing our Salesforce capabilities, ensuring seamless performance and accessibility for all users across the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions focusing on LWC and Integration to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to define design and adapt features that enhance user experience.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the Salesforce system by implementing standard processes in sharing and visibility.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce configurations and customizations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze and solve complex Salesforce issues to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the platform.
  • Optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • A solid foundation in Salesforce development with specific expertise in LWC and Integration.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Salesforce certification in Sharing and Visibility Designer or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Salesforce PD1 & PD2 Certifications are Required.

Working Arrangements:
We believe in providing flexibility and work-life balance. This role requires 2-3 days a week in our Client's office in Kitchener/Toronto, ON. We offer various wellbeing programs to support your needs.
