As a Senior Salesforce Developer at D2L, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining the Salesforce platform to align with the company's growth objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring compliance, mentoring team members, and optimizing system performance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the architecture of the Salesforce platform
  • Guarantee compliance with data protection regulations
  • Align the platform with organizational growth strategies
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices
  • Standardize processes across the platform for efficiency
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance strategies
  • Manage code deployment processes and oversee code integrity
  • Lead technical debt analysis to enhance system efficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
  • Advanced skills in Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce development tools
  • Experience with CPQ/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and database design principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
