Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer to join our growing Salesforce Practice in Canada. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration, with a focus on developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet specific business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Use SFDC Lightning to enhance user interface and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve complex Salesforce issues to ensure smooth operation of the platform.
  • Optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development with expertise in LWC and Integration.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a distributed team.
Certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Nice to have)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
Working Arrangements

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto/Kitchener, ON. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.
