Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Open Banking

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Open Banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, technology fluency, and delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategy, policy, and overall direction of the identified product.
  • Develop and maintain a robust understanding of the regulatory requirements, market, and industry to deliver products.
  • Develop and implement products/policies and procedures in such a way that it enhances the end-to-end user experience while achieving business objectives.
  • Design end-to-end processes for development, implementation, use, reporting, and feedback on developed products and segments.
  • Participate in the day-to-day management of the product(s), identifying and implementing product features and enhancements, providing business case support of recommendations and assisting in the strategic development of new initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for own area of expertise and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit.
  • Define end-to-end day 2 operations including but not limited to incident management, potential fraud, privacy, and security risks processes.

Requirements:

  • Technology fluency and Delivery skills – Proven track record of understanding emerging technology trends or disruptions and delivering or managing complex technology platform or application development programs, products, or projects.
  • Interpersonal skills – Track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recognized as a strategic thinker with significant in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas, preferably open banking and open finance.
  • Generally accountable for a significant product management area that typically has enterprise-wide impact or accountability.
  • Enterprise or functional expert, requiring broad managerial and deep specialized knowledge at the enterprise, business, regulatory and industry levels.
  • Senior specialist providing advisory services to executives, business segment leaders and governs the requirements for own work.
  • Experience in Open Banking, Open Finance, Payments or related fields strongly preferred.
