Job Title: Line Cook

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience

Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel, Motel, Resort

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Work under pressure
