Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and portion food items according to menu specifications
    • Heat and finish food items as needed
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
    • Keep records of food quantities used
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Keep the dining area and kitchen clean and sanitized
    • Handle and store cleaning products
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
    • Take customers' orders and handle cash transactions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in food service or customer service an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
