We are seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team at D2D DRIVER EXPERTS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in transportation management and logistics. You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of 11-15 delivery drivers
  • Coordinating and scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
  • Training or arranging for training of team members
  • Preparing production and other reports

Key Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own vehicle
  • MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
