Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Success Solutions Home Care Agency Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging clients in activities and conversations
  • Assist with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Work Environment
