We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Manager to join our team at GLITZ SALON & SPA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and control of our salon operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure high standards of customer service and salon operations.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the salon operates within financial constraints.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Business Development
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the salon meets its business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
