Job Title: Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Rose Beauty Salon Ltd.

Job Summary

The Salon Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our hairdressing salon, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and staff productivity.
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting the salon and attracting new customers.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
  • Work setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio, beauty shop or aesthetic service.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, fast-paced environment.
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
