At Rose Beauty Salon Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Hairdressing Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and budgets.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting the salon's brand and services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and the ability to work in a team environment is essential.
