Food Service Team Lead

888 Fast Food Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced food service environment.
- Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Tray Assembly: Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure they are prepared to our high standards.
- Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient operation of our food service team.
