About the Role

As a Staff Software Developer, you'll be responsible for leading our technical efforts, shaping the architecture and direction of our services, and mentoring others. You'll work closely with our team to ensure we're building the highest quality software, collaborating on technical planning, and driving the adoption of best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical planning and implementation of new features and services
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our technology stack
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Requirements
  • Advanced experience in full-stack development, including back-end development, APIs, and front-end technologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Experience with containerized services, serverless systems, and networking
  • Ability to work with designers to implement front-end designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
